CAR NEWS - Jan 2007 Beck LM800 Supercar - 0-60 mph in 3 seconds Feeling flush? Swiss car company Beck unveils its LM800 at a cool £300k. Looking like an out-and-out racing car, it comes with the option of enhancements to improve the specifications further. This new car was unveiled at the Luxus Motor Show in Vienna. The body is made from lightweight alloys, carbon fibre and Kevlar. It has a 7-speed gearbox with gear-changing by conventional gear lever, or by a rocker switch on the steering wheel. The engine is a V8 4.2 litre offering 650 HP. It claims acceleration of 0-60 mph in 3 seconds and 0-120 in 7 seconds. Top speed is 219 mph.
