CAR NEWS - Jan 2007 Cat Wins New Car for Owner Whiskas have donated a new car - a VW Golf - to cat owner Linda Baroon of Otley after the antics of her pet cat Poppy caught the attention of the competition judges. The cat wails like a banshee and stands at the side of its dish before devouring its daily helping of Whiskas. After polishing off the lot, the cat washes its face and paws and then purrs contentedly to her owner. This competition entry is said to have beaten thousands of other entries in the UK.
